Tried to raise twice from them. Dragged an opaque process on for months the first time and then said no, even after an intense in-person visit where we sacrificed days of our teams time in preparation, only to say no. Came back 8 months later to them after meeting milestones they wanted to see as well as sending regular updates and they dragged the process on for months. Went to IC and they were clearly either extremely unprepared for their IC or lied to us about being prepared for it as basic questions we get out of the way in first calls - and irrelevant to our actual business - were the concerns and feedback of the IC. Extremely nice guys to your face - and have made some great introductions to strategic corporates - but extremely disappointing experience overall.
