Lakestar had a SaaS hammer and viewed every problem as a SaaS nail. They start by saying they invested in the team and would support us to run our playbook, and then had us literally running around doing every little thing that thought of to distract us from our plans. Terms were also switched out and costs charged a number of times before closing.
